At Maramec Spring, trout are fed a diet of protein rich commercial pellets, and can be fed by the public at any time thanks to coin-operated pellet dispensers. Fish are also fed by Missouri Department of Conservation staff three times a day in the rearing pools, and once per day in the stocking pool.
