  • Thirty-three year old Diana Hatfield, and seventy-three year old Carlisle Holbert are an untraditional couple; however, love can be found within the most unexpected circumstances.

At the age of 17, Diana married her high school sweetheart. Divorced 9 years later because of physical and emotional abuse, Diana turned to the support of her father in-law and married him within 2 months. This past year Diana's husband died, leaving her pregnant, shunned by his family and without financial or emotional support, forcing her to live on welfare and food stamps.

Diana's parents stepped in to help by assuming custody of her baby, Travis. This was a necessary but extremely difficult decision for Diana to make. In desperate need of income, Diana followed her mother's advice and teamed up with long-time family friend, Carlisle, also recently widowed. Working together, they strip abandoned and condemned homes in Macon, Missouri, finding usable parts to sell. Unsold "treasures" are collected and stored on Carlisle's property.

Diana and Carlisle, both suffering the loss of their loved ones, turned to each other and have found love once again.
