Every community is woven together by their common interests -- family, school, church, music, ect.
The Monahan family -- parents Mike and Nancy, with their children Matt, Paul, Laura, Mark, Sam, John Peter, Elanor -- live on a farm just south of Hermann. Their busy day is filled with chores and home schooling. Sundays and Wednesday are also church days for them.
Mike runs an automation and robotics business in town. Matt, 18, the oldest, works with his father to learn the business. Meanwhile, the younger children keep busy helping out at home.
The family moved to Hermann about 10 years ago to find a small town to raise their children. They rent the house on a 300 acre farm where they raise chickens.
