Delano, left, and Joel Kohlbusch adopted Emily, a Welsh Corgi, from a neighbor who did not want her anymore. At the age of 17, Joel still finds Emily is his best friend and cheerful companion. "She is always here waiting for me," said Joel. "She is definitely my dog."
